ECS PERICOMP SDN BHD was incorporated on 30 May 1986 with an authorized and paid-up capital of RM100,000 which was increased to RM200,000 in February 1987 and then increased to RM400,000 in September 1991.

The main business activity of the Company is the marketing of computer hardware and software to dealers and corporate customers.  It commenced operations on 01 July 1986 by taking over the Peripherals Division of ECS KU Sdn Bhd.

ECS PERICOMP is the authorized distributor in Malaysia for Printronix, IBM Software, Lexmark, SUN Microsystems, Cisco, BEA, RedHat, Juniper, Panduit, Packeteer, Attachmate and Digi. It has a distribution network of over 500 dealers throughout Malaysia. As its business grows steadily in the last 21 years, it has established a strong reputation for quality IT products with good customer service and support.

The Company has a total of 46 marketing, support and technical staff.  It is an authorized service centre for PRINTRONIX , SUN MICROSYSTEMS and JUNIPER for warranty service and repairs. It has a branch office in Penang for sales and services. The management, administration, accounting and warehousing services are provided by its holding company, ECS KUSH SDN BHD.
