Customer Service Assistant

Responsibility:

•  Handle ordering of ICT equipments.
• Monitor submission of order to ensure shipments from various countries arrive within the stipulated time frame.
•  Liaise with freight forwarder for shipment arrangement.
• Handle application for SIRIM permit for ICT equipments.
• Prepare and submit weekly ordering reports & forecast report.
• Prepare Internal Purchase Order and Products Costing.
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field
• Computer literate
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to learn
• Highly motivated, result-oriented and commited, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
