About Us
Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act as a private limited company on 14 July 1995 under the name Antara IT Sdn Bhd. Since incorporation, we remained as a dormant company until 30 January 2002, when we were awarded the MSC status by MDeC.
Since obtaining the MSC status, our Company have been involved in the provision and development of Internet-based e-commerce systems and e-solutions. We also conduct R&D to cater for our sales and marketing operations, on behalf of our Group. In recognition of the MSC status, we have changed our name to ECS ICT Sdn Bhd on 30 December 2002.
Effective 2010 ECS ICT Berhad become the Investment Holding Company of four subsidiary companies, ie. ECS KU SDN BHD, ECS PERICOMP SDN BHD, ECS ASTAR SDN BHD and ECS KUSH SDN BHD in the computer business. The group achieved a total sales turnover of RM1.16 billion in 2008
